An online event will be held next week to promote 100 new fully-remote job opportunities at Otonomee, an Irish company that provides outsourced sales and customer support services.
The ‘Careers Club’ event will be held on 27 March and will be run in partnership with remote working organisation Grow Remote.
Otonomee currently employs 120 people in Europe and the new jobs are primarily in the area of customer support, with additional roles in operations, quality and technical support.
The company has plans to eventually grow its workforce to 1,000 employees.
The new roles are all fully remote and are open to candidates living anywhere in Ireland.
“At Otonomee we believe in giving employees the choice of where they live and work,” said Brendan Ring, Chief People Officer at Otonomee.
“For us it is about giving people the autonomy to do their best work, wherever they live,” Mr Ring said.
Grow Remote Communications Manager Joanne Mangan welcomed the new jobs and said remote work leads to positive social, economic and environmental impacts for individuals, for businesses and for communities.
“It’s exciting to see an indigenous Irish company like Otonomee creating these new fully-remote opportunities, particularly at a time when many large tech companies are letting staff go or trying to bring staff back to the office.” Ms Mangan said.
