Former boxer Jamie Conlan has tied the knot with his partner and the mother of his child at a lavish wedding ceremony in west Belfast.

The fighter, who retired after losing to Jerwin Ancajas in a world title clash back in 2017, married Tracey Clarke yesterday.

The happy couple left St Paul’s Church on the Falls Road in a Rolls Royce after the nuptials took place.

The beautiful bride, who wore a glamorous white dress and carried a white bouquet, was beaming as she left the church with her new husband.

The elegant and modern sheath silhouette dress design featured an off-the shoulder neckline and stunned guests with its sleek and sophisticated finish.

The groom was dressed in a black tuxedo.

Jamie (37), who is the older brother of Michael Conlan, has previously spoken of how their first child has given him a new perspective on life, making his decision to throw in the towel “easy”.

“For me it was easy. Our first baby arrived and I knew I wasn’t going to be world champion, so I thought, ‘What the f*** am I going to continue for?’ That’s exactly how I felt,” he said.

The ex-boxer has also spoken about how Tracey had to carry him down the stairs after his legs gave way when he stepped out of the bath before weighing in for the last bout of his drama-filled career.

She was snapped sitting ringside along with Jamie’s mum Teresa during the IBF Super-Flyweight Championship world bout at the SSE Arena Belfast on November 18, 2017.
