Cricket is a stats-heavy game with data available for every facet of player performance. Curtis Campher recently came across a different kind of stat, however. It came from his partner, Dayna, who told him that since the very beginning of the Irish cricket season, he hadn’t once spent seven consecutive nights at their apartment in Malahide.
This wasn’t a complaint, Campher insists, merely a comment on the bewilderingly busy travel schedule of the modern cricket professional, especially one as adaptable and multi-skilled as the 25-year-old from Johannesburg.
