“This year’s event marks a new chapter for Pakistani Golfers Ireland, one that combines our love of the sport and a commitment to supporting the local community. We are very thankful to our friends and donors for their kind and generous support; and are excited that our vision is finally coming to fruition. We are strongly committed to our cause, and will continue to raise even more funds in future to support charities in need.”
Expressing their gratitude to Pakistani Golfers Ireland, Clare Finnerty, Principal of St. Laurence’s NS said: “On behalf of our school community, I extend my gratitude to Pakistani Golfers Ireland for their incredible generosity. The funds raised through this year’s Pakistan Golf Cup will make a lasting impact on our students, providing them with new opportunities for learning and resources to excel.”
Over 60 golfers participated in the event, including distinguished guests, the former Pakistani Ambassador to Ireland, Mr. Shuja Alam; and the current Pakistani Ambassador, H.E. Ms. Aisha Farooqui, marking another successful year for the event. The tournament is always keenly contested, and this year’s champion was Irfan Hameed, who proudly lifted the trophy sponsored by the Pakistan Embassy in Dublin.
