Transition year (TY) students in Mercy Mounthawk Tralee are preparing to set the stage alight once again this year when they take part in what is now a long established tradition in the school, the annual TY fashion show.

This year’s theme is ‘A Sky Full of Stars’ and it will see students dressing up in the latest autumn and winter fashions to help raise funds for a number of vital causes that are close to the school’s heart. These are Brú Columbanus, My Canine Companion and The Kenya Education Project.

As well as getting to witness the fabulous fashion on the night, those in attendance will also get the chance to see both the Brendan Martin Cup and the stars of the victorious Kerry Ladies Football team up close and personal.

The fashion show will, as usual, take place in the school’s gym with models scheduled to take to the stage at approximately 7.30pm.

Tickets will cost €15 and they can be purchased from the school itself or from any of the the TY students. There will also be a raffle with plenty of spot prizes to be won on the night too.
