Conor McCarthy says Emerald Airlines will likely have to remove one aircraft from Dublin Airport next year
Emerald Airlines, the carrier founded by Conor McCarthy that operates the Aer Lingus Regional service, expects to make a maiden profit this year after launching two years ago.
But Mr McCarthy has warned that the passenger cap at Dublin Airport is damaging the aviation sector and will also see Emerald Airlines pull an aircraft from the gateway next summer rather than adding two.
