All You Need to Know: Ireland v South Africa

This series marks a return to T20I cricket for the Ireland Senior Men’s team having last played the shortest format at the 2024 ICC T20 World Cup in June, held in the West Indies and USA.

The two sides last played T20I cricket against each other in 2022, with the Proteas winning the series in Bristol 2-0 (see here).

The upcoming T20I fixtures are:

  • 27 September 2024: Ireland Men v South Africa Men (1st T20I; Abu Dhabi; start 4.30pm*)
  • 29 September 2024: Ireland Men v South Africa Men (2nd T20I; Abu Dhabi; start 4.30pm*)
