EY Ireland has selected Wilton Park, developed by IPUT Real Estate, as the location for its new Dublin headquarters.
The company has agreed a long-term lease at the Wilton Park estate located alongside the Grand Canal in Dublin 2 and expects to begin occupying the building in the summer of 2026.
EY will bring all of its Dublin team together at the new city centre location, with new facilities designed to enhance collaboration, innovation and client service while also helping to deliver on EY’s ambitious technology and sustainability goals.
EY Ireland employs more than 5,100 people on the island of Ireland, with offices in Dublin, Belfast, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford.
It supports organisations across a range of professional services from Assurance to Corporate Finance, Tax and Law, Consulting, AI and Data Analytics.
“Our new offices will accommodate our growing business and our new ways of working,” said Frank O’Keeffe, EY Ireland Managing Partner.
“It will be a world-class centre for collaboration, innovation and delivery as we continue to partner with our clients in new and exciting ways to help them solve some of their most complex and strategic issues in a world that is changing at incredible speed,” he added.
EY said the new location was selected following a “rigorous” selection process to ensure highest standards of sustainability, collaboration and access to public transport and amenities for EY people and clients.
Niall Gaffney, CEO of IPUT Real Estate Dublin, said the addition of EY to the Wilton Park Estate brings another global leader to the neighbourhood alongside LinkedIn and Stripe.
“The selection of Wilton Park by EY reflects its position as the destination of choice in Dublin offering occupiers a unique work environment set around a restored city park,” he said.
