On the back of sex-education shows for adults and virtual skills sessions for up to 3,000 people at a time, new accounts show that Ms Keane’s Hello JK Ltd was sitting on accumulated profits of €534,030 at the end of last year after another bumper year in business.

The coffers of the company were boosted during 2023 when a live show for adults, Sexed Up, at Vicar Street, Dublin, sold out in 27 seconds, while the holistic sex educator boosted her profile with an appearance on The Tommy Tiernan Show, on RTÉ, during the year.

Dubbed the “orgasm queen”, Ms Keane has been advising on sex since 2018.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, her following increased sharply and today she has 123,000 followers on her Instagram account which she describes as “a fun online space for sexual wellness”.

Ms Keane – who celebrated her 38th birthday earlier this month – is the sole director of the company.

Last year she paid herself €115,193 in remuneration.

The pay was considerably lower than the €867,110 in director’s pay in 2022.

The large director’s pay for 2022 was the chief factor behind the company recording a loss of €402,269 for that year.

Ms Keane only set up the company in 2020 to capitalise on her expanding sex-education enterprise.

In its first full year of operation in 2021, the company recorded post-tax profits of €419,412.

At the end of December, the firm’s cash funds totalled €474,580 which was down from €835,004 a year prior, according to the accounts signed off by Ms Keane on Wednesday of last week.

The company last year recorded pre-tax profits of €537,332 and enjoyed the post-tax profits of €517,157 after incurring the corporation tax charge of €20,175.

The firm owed Ms Keane €382,317 in 2022 and this reduced to zero in 2023.

In an expansion of her enterprise, Ms Keane has established her sexual wellness brand Oh! Moment, where customers can purchase an array of sex aids and online sex-skills classes.

The Oh! Moment website says that “making adult sex education simple, fun and unashamedly normal, Jenny teaches people how to take an active role in their sex lives”.

It adds: “Her desire is to teach you how to have a whole lot of fun learning how to do it.”
