Workvivo by Zoom has today, Friday, launched what it described as its ‘flagship engagement hub’ in Cork city.
The company said also plans to create 100 Irish jobs over the next three years and will primarily be in product and engineering positions to invest in research and innovation.
The state-of-the-art engagement hub follows the blueprint of Zoom’s other hubs around the globe, marking a shift from traditional office spaces towards a technology-first experiential working hub designed for hybrid working. Fully integrated with Zoom’s technology, the engagement hub will allow employees to collaborate easily, whether in person or hybrid.
Workvivo is an the employee experience platform that simplifies communication and boosts engagement and works with brands like Dollar General, Ryanair, Amazon, Bupa, and the Virgin Group.
This project is supported by the Irish Government on behalf of IDA Ireland.

“The creation of 100 jobs in the city is very welcome and will provide exciting opportunities for our skilled tech workforce.”
European Commissioner-Designate for Democracy, Justice and the Rule of Law, Michael McGrath said: “This is a further endorsement for Cork city and the wider south west region as a prime location for technology companies like Zoom.

Workvivo was founded in Cork in 2017 and since then, Workvivo has grown and signed new customers globally. In 2023, Workvivo was acquired by Zoom.
