Kilcoo 0-10 Errigal Ciaran 1-8
Errigal Ciaran manager Enda McGinley on TG4: “I feel very humble to manage those boys”.
“They have shown repeatedly this year a work-rate and a heart, and our game is still about heart and character, and they have captured something very special deep inside themselves and the supporters are so proud of them.
“We have had the rub of the green but our team has quality about it too and I think with a Tyrone championship and an Ulster title under our belts, the team deserves credit today.
“A lot is made of our star names but repeatedly we have got key scores from our other players.
“There has been other games this year like that (with Canavan brothers well held) and we knew if we could be disciplined at the back and we had enough spread of scores throughout the team to get over the line.”
