A MAJOR toy shop has opened in 97 locations across Ireland with a huge sale to celebrate.
The Entertainer Toy Shop has landed in Tesco stores for the first time.
The retailer is offering an “up to half-price sale” on its toys for Christmas to celebrate.
The Entertainer has opened its doors in 97 Tesco stores, offering brands including Hot Wheels, Playmobil, Peppa Pig and Paw Patrol.
They also have an exclusive range of Addo toys and products from the award-winning early years toy specialist, Early Learning Centre.
Some of the Tesco stores which will feature The Entertainer Toy Shop include Liffey Valley, Naas Extra, Douglas Extra, Clonmel Square and Portlaoise.
The announcement comes after Tesco announced a nationwide partnership with the toy retailer in the UK.
The up to half-price sale will run until December 10 in all 97 stores, making it the perfect way to stock up on Christmas gifts.
Items available in the sale include popular board games, action figures, learning toys and dolls.

The retailer has also revealed the top toys for Christmas that you can pick up in Tesco stores now.
The toy range also includes hundreds of products which are on offer at Clubcard prices.
Tesco’s Top 10 Toys for Christmas from The Entertainer include the Early Learning Centre Trainset (€34), Disney Bitzee Interactive Pet (€42.99), LOL Surprise! Loves Crayola Tots Doll (€13), Hot Wheels Action Vertical-8 Jump Track Set (€32 with clubcard) and Despicable Me 4: The Ultimate Fart Blaster (39.99).
Meanwhile, Tesco Ireland has announced the addition of 1,200 temporary jobs for Christmas.
These roles are available at Tesco’s Superstores and Extra stores with major employment opportunities during one of the busiest times of the year.
