Construction boss warns concerns over power, roads and water need to be addressed

Ireland needs to increase the number of serviced sites available for development by multinational companies to ensure a continuing flow of investment into the economy, according to Anthony O’Rourke, the chief executive of one of Ireland’s biggest construction-related firms, PM Group.
He said that while concerns regarding Ireland’s infrastructure deficit have increasingly been raised, PM Group has not yet seen that translate into a slowdown in projects.
