This week sees new and notable appointments at Bank of Ireland, Accenture, Codex, Netskope, European Association of Communications Agencies, Origin Enterprises PLC and Principal Connections


John Feeney, CEO, Corporate and Commercial
Bank of Ireland

Bank of Ireland has appointed John Feeney as CEO, Corporate and Commercial, joining the Group Executive Committee.

John is currently Head of Property, Project and Asset Backed Finance at Bank of Ireland, having joined in 2023 from Mizuho Bank, where he was Head of European Banking. He previously held a range of senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Henderson Global Investors, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and worked in London, Singapore and Tokyo.

As the recruitment process for the CEO of Corporate and Commercial is complete, Gavin Kelly will take up his role as CEO of Davy and Wealth on Monday, 11 November.

Ray Daly, Head of Financial Services
Accenture

Accenture has today announced the appointment of Ray Daly as the head of its financial services business in Ireland.

In his new role, Ray is responsible for leading Accenture’s portfolio of work in financial services, which spans banking, capital markets and insurance. Ray also joins the Ireland leadership team.

Ray has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, supporting organisations across the globe through complex change and large-scale business and technology transformation. He recently led Accenture’s Banking Practice in both Ireland and the UK, and prior to this, Ray held a number of senior roles within Accenture’s financial services business. Ray holds a master’s degree in business and management information systems from UCD.

Commenting on Ray’s appointment, Hilary O’Meara, country managing director of Accenture in Ireland, said:

Audrey Jenkins, Head of Customer Experience
Codex

Codex, Ireland’s leading B2B office supplier has announced the appointment of Audrey Jenkins as Head of Customer Experience – encompassing Customer Service, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Experience.

Audrey has managed the Customer Service department at Codex for over five years as, having joined the company initially as a temp to support a system migration. Her role evolved as she brought her extensive experience in customer service and process improvement to the team, ultimately leading to this new role in the company as Head of Customer Experience.

Prior to Codex, Audrey held various roles at Eir, including Head of Customer Advocacy, where she developed expertise in process improvement and customer satisfaction. Her leadership experience spans over a decade, during which time she spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and customer relations.

Transforming Customer Experience at Codex

At Codex, Audrey’s impact has been transformative. She successfully implemented Codex’s customer service omnichannel platform, enabling assistance and advice for customers across a seamless and integrated network of contact channels and touchpoints. In addition to this, partnering with Qualtrics she implemented Codex’s first CX programme to measure customer experience across 3 key metrics CSAT, CES and NPS providing valuable insights into customer’s needs, expectations and overall experience.

Collette Kitterhing, Vice President, UK and Ireland
Netskope 

Netskope, a leader in secure access service edge (SASE), today announced the appointment of Colette Kitterhing as Vice President, UKI. Kitterhing will manage sales and field teams in one of Netskope’s fast-expanding markets as customer demand soars for Netskope’s industry-leading converged SASE platform, Netskope One.

Kitterhing has significant experience in networking and cybersecurity, as well as partnership management and operations, most recently in Regional Sales Director roles for Palo Alto Networks and Riverbed. Kitterhing comes to Netskope with a reputation for ensuring diverse representation within her teams, something she credits with driving the commercial success she has overseen.

Charley Stoney, CEO
European Association of Communications Agencies

Charley Stoney, the current CEO of the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI), has been announced as the new CEO of the European Association of Communications Agencies, the body that represents the Commercial Communications industry in Europe. Based in Brussels, EACA brings together more than 2,800 agencies from 30 countries representing over 80,000 employees. As CEO, Stoney will oversee the association’s strategy to promote the economic and societal contribution of the communications industry. She has served on the EACA Board since 2022.

Stoney has been CEO of IAPI since 2018, overseeing a near doubling of its membership and leading successful initiatives such as the launch of the Irish ‘Effies’ awards and the promotion of female leadership in the industry. She will take up the new position in January and will continue to lead IAPI until then. Stoney has thanked the IAPI Board for their support as she makes the move.

Jenny Davis-Peccoud, Board Non Executive Director
Origin Enterprises plc

Executive search and headhunting firm, Principal Connections – executive search , part of Agilium Worldwide LLC , has today announced that Chloe O’Regan Murphy has joined the firm as a Practice Leader – Executive Search. Ms.O’Regan Murphy joins Principal Connections having spent more than a decade with Korn Ferry having initially worked in the Paris office, before later transitioning to the Dublin business as a Senior Associate for EMEA. There she led the recruitment of senior executive and
