Permission for retention for the construction of a garage and a tennis court was lodged with Wexford County Council on behalf of Kenneth Rowlands.
The 1.21 hectare site is located at Hadleigh, Kilmurray in Courtown and the 233.9m2 property includes a 58m2 domestic garage. The application is seeking permission for a single storey domestic garage and a fenced tennis court to the side of the existing home.
Retention permission is also sought for alterations to that previously proposed and granted under a previous planning reference including the change of site boundaries, alterations to site entrance location, changes to elevations of existing dwelling, change to dwelling location and orientation and all associated works.
The planning application was acknowledged by Wexford County Council earlier this month and a site notice must remain on site for a period of 5 weeks from the date of receipt by the Planning Authority.
