Northern Ireland striker Simone Magill has signed for Championship side Birmingham City on a two-year deal.
The 29-year-old, who has won 85 caps for her country, recently left Aston Villa after a two-season spell with the Women’s Super League side.
She also previously played for fellow WSL side Everton, making over 150 appearances for the Toffees during nine years at the club.
Magill joins Northern Ireland team-mates Rebecca McKenna, Rebecca Holloway and Ellie Mason at Birmingham, who finished fifth in the second tier last year.
“It’s a really exciting prospect here, so I am delighted to finally sign,” Magill told Birmingham’s website.
“The ambition and the direction here is very exciting. I feel like it was a good decision to come, I feel like the fit was right and, hopefully, I can play a part in getting this club to where it wants to be.”
