Storm Darragh took one of Northern Ireland’s key power stations offline and caused massive travel disruption as it blasted its way across the UK and Ireland.

Rail and bus services were withdrawn, flights in and out of Belfast were cancelled or suspended and 48,000 customers left without power at one stage as 70mph+ winds caused severe damage to the electricity network.
