Strong ties between Ireland and Arab world celebrated at AICC evening – Extra.ie

The Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce has celebrated the strong ties between Ireland and the Arab world.

Guests were welcomed to The Merrion in Dublin for a festive event.

Ambassadors from Morocco, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Egypt and Kuwait were joined by senior Irish business leaders as well as economist Jim Power.

Ahmad Younis, CEO of the Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce, hosted a lively panel discussion with chairperson Enda Corneille.

Singing doorman Sean Boland delighted guests with a musical performance.

Guests also enjoyed a delicious selection of seasonal canapés.

The Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce connects businesses with expertise, promoting and supporting growth of Irish companies in the Arab States.

It was first established in 1987.

The Chamber currently works with more than 1,000 businesses, including multi-nationals and local independent companies exporting to the region.
