It promises to bring a new boutique gaming experience to Pembroke Square, which is set to be a 24/7 cultural hub.

Lane7 will offer cultural events, art installations, live music gigs and sporting showcases.

It will open a new 14,500 sq ft entertainment space, which will host activities including bowling, floor shuffle, curling, augmented darts, ping pong, pull, and dedicated karaoke booths.

The facility will also be available for private events or large corporate group bookings.

Pembroke Square complex will also welcome a variety of restaurants and other leisure facilities, such as the new Chinese restaurant, Roncheng.

Roncheng and Lovisa, a specialist Australian jewellery brand aimed at a younger audience, will open in the last three months of the year.

Another jewellery retailer, Dylan Oaks, will also be located nearby.

Don Nugent, senior general manager for Dundrum Town Centre, said: “Pembroke Square offers a fantastic opportunity for us to create a vibrant lifestyle destination in the heart of Dundrum.
