At The Meetings Show in London this week, the central theme is “Meet in Ireland.” Tourism Ireland, in collaboration with Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Northern Ireland, is part of the ‘Meet in Ireland’ initiative, participating alongside 25 Irish tourism enterprises.
This premier event caters to the Business Events sector, encompassing corporate meetings, events, and incentive travel. Irish tourism companies, all experts in Business Events, are conducting approximately 750 business meetings with global meeting and event planners over the course of the two-day event. These interactions aim to secure a wide array of Business Events for Ireland from international clients. Tourism Ireland is determined to facilitate thousands of commercial Business Events meetings this year, connecting Irish tourism partners with overseas buyers to enhance Business Events and bolster businesses throughout the island.
Tourism Ireland emphasizes that Ireland presents an unmatched mix of top-tier infrastructure, luxurious accommodations, advanced venues, breathtaking landscapes, and exceptional hospitality. This combination positions Ireland as a perfect locale for all types of meetings, incentive travel, and events.

They’re engaging in hundreds of commercial meetings and showcasing the best of Ireland to influential international meeting and incentive travel planners.
“Business travel is high value and often midweek and off season by its nature, thereby aligning with Tourism Ireland’s strategy to grow overseas tourism revenue outside of the peak summer season.”
