Wolfgang Digital to pioneer employee ownership business model in Ireland

Staff at Dublin-based digital marketing agency Wolfgang Digital are taking a 25pc ownership stake in the business in what’s thought to be a first-of-its-kind deal for an Irish firm.

The scheme will see an employee-­owner trust gradually acquire a majority stake in the business over time and is modelled on the successful John Lewis Partnership in the UK, where permanent staff at the retail giant are its full owners.
